had to wait almost an hour and a half yesterday - wish someone had mentioned they were running late when I booked it. Surely it would be better and stop us all complaining last night in the waiting area. If you are reading this from the Health Center most people would stop complaining if they were kept informed

never seem to get in at your appointment time - too many patients! Don't mind waiting but would be nice if they could tell you when you book in that they are running late. Dr Mulroy is a lovely doctor and always listens to any concerns

Duty call doctor Howard said would leave prescription and side note for patient at reception at end of day but next day in the afternoon there was nothing. I had to wait until this was written for considerate time at lease an hour. Receptionists were helpful but could not find it.
